Is this for my kind of home?

We specialise in 4 Bedroom homes but have a select few clients with 2 & 3 bedrooms in buildings with significant architectural and interior design merit.

Is it hard to get started?

We simply ask for a few elements of information to determine the necessary care needed for your home. This is usually conducted via video, phone, sms, email or in person. We recommend video, as its the most time saving for both client and Shirevale, as an assessment can be done visually on the spot.

Will it be worth the money?

I don't want to manage another person.

Our homekeeping experience is hassle free. All initial details and requirements are covered on the assessment. This allows our homekeeping specialist to conduct the appointment without disruption to your day.

Will the same person be visiting my home each time?

Whenever possible, yes. Consistency builds trust, and we believe homekeeping should feel personal, not transactional. If we ever need to substitute your designated homekeeping specialist, you'll be notified in advance and this will be confirmed with you. 

What is included in a typical homekeeping visit?

Each visit includes a tailored homekeeping checklist based on your needs - with attention to areas most lived in and most loved. This might include bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, living spaces, and thoughtful touches such as linen straightening or scent refreshing. It's less about tasks, and more about outcome.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule

We understand that schedules shift. With our homekeeping plans, your visit can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice, and your service credit will remain valid for up to 60 days. Shirevale is designed to be flexible - but always reliable.

Do I need to be home during appointments?

Not at all. Many clients choose to provide key access or entry codes. Our team operates discreetly and respectfully, so your home is refreshed while you focus elsewhere. You'll receive confirmation once your appointment is complete.

Are your products safe for children and pets?

Yes. All Shirevale branded products are made using natural ingredients, chosen for both their effectiveness and gentleness. We avoid harsh chemicals and strong artificial scents. Every decision is made with the wellbeing of your home in mind. Dependent on your appointment details, you might be using your own products suited to your homekeeping requirements. So the affacacy of those products will vary.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have public liability insurance. You can rest assured you are in good hands. Copy of Insurance can be presented upon request where need be.
